The Physician Data Query Directory contains the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of over 20,000 physicians and organizations which are devoted to the care of cancer patients, as well as over 6,000 accredited mammography screening facilities. The information on individual physicians is gathered from the membership directories of more than 15 professional societies and associations.
